How to easily schedule service appointments in My Kaarma

Scheduling an Appointment in My Kaarma 
NOTE* there may be some requirements by manufacturer's to schedule appointments in their specified programs so please speak with your Service Director to find out more. 
Whether you choose to make an appointment in the DMS or other service scheduler tools,  My Kaarma will communicate with those other tools to push and pull appointment data. 

You will need to make sure you have the right access in My Kaarma to be able to view and schedule appointments. If you do not see the below Appointments tab in My Kaarma, reach out to the local IT Team for your store to start a case. 

You will start by clicking on the Appointments tab to view the available schedule and see current appointments for the day. 

To schedule a new appointment, click the + Schedule Appointment icon in the top right hand corner

Now you will need to search for the customers file, click on it when you have located the customer. 

If you need to edit any of the customers personal information you can do so by clicking Edit

Next, make sure you have the customers vehicle selected, if you don't have the customers current vehicle you can add it from the vehicle dropdown. 

  • Vehicle Models will correlate with the OEM of your store, if they drive any brand outside of your stores OEM, you will need the customers VIN. 

If you click Campaigns, you will see Open Recalls for the customers vehicle

Next add in the customers mileage 

Now you can add in the Repair Concerns of the customer, on the left hand side click + Add new Line Item

You can add your customers repair concerns here for the Technician to inspect 

Customer and Internal Notes can be added here as well. 

Finally schedule your advisor and select a date and time and schedule the appointment 

Once you schedule it, the customer will receive an email and a text confirming the appointment
