Customer Tab - Communication Options Desktop View

Contains the customer information and various forms of communication options

The DMS automatically pushes any new customer information into the My Kaarma system for you. 

In the customer tab you can search for your customer by Name, Email, telephone, vehicle information, and even partial information. 
 

Something worth knowing, Customer Message history remains in the system for 7 years. 
 

Within My Kaarma you have the ability to Text, Call and Email the customer. You can also print customer communications and leave internal comments for your co-workers and team members to see. 

 

  • Internal comments are only visible to the store, not the customer.
