My Kaarma uses a direct Connection to the CDK DMS, along with other workflows setup in My Kaarma, to determine the advisor who is working on the RO this also ensure that if a customer calls the Direct Connect Number that it goes directly to that service advisor who is working on that RO. 

• This is meant to help make sure that if the customer calls or texts that number it is routed to the right advisor on the customers vehicle to answer any questions that customer may have.
