| In the Advisor Review step, it's a way for Advisors to review the MPI and media before sending it to the customer for their approval and review. |
| Each Store may have this step named something different, but it's typical that this step is simply called “Advisor Review”. |

Start by going to the “Inspect” tab.  |

Open the customer MPI by clicking on their name.
Here you can review the following:

| Once you review the MPI and Inspection Video you can Preview and Send the MPI, Inspection Video and Recommendations to the customer to approve. |
