| Understanding The Inspect Tab |

| When you are using My Kaarma, the inspect tab functions like a workflow, showing you where the customer is in each step of that workflow or process at the dealership. |

All customers start in the Unassigned section, and from there you will assign yourself and work the RO through to the end. Each store is different when it comes to the statuses you will see in the Inspect Tab.

As a technician, your main goal is to complete the work requested and fill out the MPI on customers vehicles.

| You should also send a video to the customer showing them the work you have completed and do a full walk around of the vehicle especially if you completed a Multi Point Inspection. |
