| Customers buy protection packages and service packages from F&I - here is how you can look that up for your customer. |

Start by going to the “Lookup” section at the top of Saturn  |
|
Put in the customer VIN and exact miles, then add the customers telephone, email or full name to search.  |
|
Once you get your results click on the customer's name.  |
|
In the middle of the page you will see “Purchased Products”
